  • Benefits the environmental education, research, and conservation programs of Black Rock Forest Consortium.
  • Saturday, October 10th to Monday, October 12th, 2009 (Columbus Day Weekend)
  • Three-day ride with one-day ride option Day 1: 25-mile fall foliage ride in the morning and afternoon guided hike in Black Rock Forest with staff ecologist and student docents from the Urban Assembly for Applied Math and Science. Dinner at private Hudson Valley estate. Day 2: 100 miles with a 62-mile option (century and metric century). One-day riders are welcome for Sunday's ride! Day 3: 60-mile farm and feast ride, with post-ride celebration at an organic vineyard.
  • Spectacular routes on country roads at the height of fall foliage season
  • Fully supported, clearly marked routes, with abundant support vehicles and rest stops every 15 miles.
  • Three-day riders must arrive at start by 8:30 am on Saturday, October 10; one-day riders must arrive by 6:00 am on Sunday, October 11.
  • All meals, snacks and lodging included from Saturday morning through Monday afternoon.
  • $50 registration fee. Three-day rider fundraising minimum: $1,800. One-day rider fundraising minimum: $900.
  • Training and fundraising support anytime from our rider coach. Ask the coach a question.
